Clampdown: NNAMDI KANU UNMASKED THE BUHARI IN ASO ROCK

The indigenous leader of IPOB Nnamdi Kanu preaching the truth about the Aso Rock  and Buhari, Nnamdi Kanu review that the  President of the United State of America Donald Trump, however say's " I Don't Want To See That lifeless Thing Again", most misunderstood him. It is regrettable that most people don't believe truths when said, but I care not if you get upset. He however added, I don't blame the White men for our problems we should be blamed.

He stresses, we shall expose that very person in Aso Rock tonight. Their is much wrong that must be correct and its tonight! I am not going to expose the primitive number of us. You can still keep believing the junk that the young Man in his 40's in Aso Rock is Buhari, then we must be stupid.
We are live and direct on Radio Biafra...they say our Radio station has been bought, but they are lying. Some people fell for their gimmicks, but we are live and direct.
The cheap blackmails will not work and we will not vote next year, we are going to shake them that, they may know we have to get Biafra restored.

The cloning of Buhari, was not done by British, rather they Black's. The Hausa/ Fulani people brought in that thing from Sudan, that they may continue to enrich themselves and get wealthy in two years like Dangote.
The question here is, what did they do with 2015 and other budgets? Name the seven deadly sins, you will find it in this hypocrites. Why have this joke from Sudan not attend any Press Conference? Even Aisha Buhari said, no one should vote for him but some of you never gave listening ear because you don't reason.

The late Buhari had Brain tumour if you can remember. Nnamdi continued saying, someone who underwent such surgery proceedings nerved go for any followup? He doesn't fall sick again....

Zarah Buhari doesn't tweet anymore because Daddy is no more. I like them for being totally sincere,at least his family members are not pretending.

We know the original Buhari. Ask Jubril to wear his suite without the Hausa/Fulani cap then,  you will know he is not Buhari. The world is witness to this monument fraud and deception, but the have chosen to keep mute. Whenever ugly people carry out surgery's so to look good, they don't remember their ear's because is deadly.
I recommend every Nigeria to look at the old pictures of Buhari, look at his ear and
Jubril's ear. I want you to known this, nobody shares same ear lobe,is just like fingerprint.
If Buhari doesn't come back on Tuesday, know that he has gone to change his ear's.
I keep saying this, I am older than Jubril and Ashia Buhari I was told Orjj Uzo  Kalu is defending him, but we will come to him later.

The IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu also stress that, the Zoo is in trouble because his here. He further said, a must shred John Tsoho into pieces until they sack him as a judge.
The whole world listens to Radio Biafra, including Israel where I am. Okorocha knows that Buhari is dead that's why he wants to blackmail them with an impose of his son in-law as a Governor.
Sometimes they wonder how  I know?  I can't run IPOB without having people in Aso Rock.

Do you know that, they stopped at Casablanca for a Life Support Machine because he was rain dead?
Buhari saw me and died.
Elohim said I should come for Biafra's to have light.
If the Zoo was strong, why didn't they come with Armoured Cars and Fighter Jet?

Elohim told me that if Buhari gets my message, he will collapse and then, I wrote him he collapse. Elohim has given me to him. Have you asked why Buhari zoomed off with Presidential jet on the 17th of January and landed in Casablanca for life support? Wherever they are now I will expose them.

Every force put together in Nigeria, can not match IPOB intelligence. My good friend Femi Kayode, is intelligent and he writes very brilliant essays as he exposed Fulani in one of them.
I don't want to talk about Atiku Abubakar now, but he should be very careful.
One could remember when Aisha came back from Saudi Arabia and was asked where she was coming from and she answered," I went to perform a lesser haji", she was actually coming back from burying her husband.

Jubril was paid 250million and now,the want him to  recontested. The man in Aso Rock is Jubril, as soon as I said that they sent Army to come and and kill me. Justice Tsoho who alleged I jumped  Bail, is daft.
Look at Buhari's hand and that of Jubril, you will see the difference, check the nose also.
That midget called Elrufia is involved in this poly.

Do you know that AU in February, had a minutes silence for Buhari? Rocha's Okorocha knows the truth. If you're looking for any confirmation that the Black's is daft, Jubrils case is an example.

Abban Kyari and the Zoo will go down for importing a Sudanese man to deceive over 180million people.
 He conclude by saying,
You must ask yourself, why did Queen Elizabeth write a condolence letter for Buhari?

He insisted Europe did not pay her Fair share for running NATO.

Alleged N33bn fraud: Reps demand NEMA DG’s sacking, accuse Osinbajo of illegal approval

The House of Representatives has indicted the Director-General of the National Emergency Management Agency, Mr Mustapha Maihaja, over alleged embezzlement of funds in excess of N33bn under his watch.

Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo was also indicted for allegedly  approving N5.8bn  North-East Intervention Fund, which the House claimed was illegal.

The House on Thursday
asked President Muhammadu Buhari to sack Maihaja, while the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission and the Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offences Commission were directed to prosecute the DG and recover the funds listed against him.

Six senior members of staff, who were  placed on suspension earlier in the year as the House began investigation into  NEMA’s  operations, were also asked to be reinstated immediately.

They are Akinbola Hakeem (Director, Finance and Accounts); Alhassan Nuhu (Director, Disaster and Risk Reduction); Emenike Umesi (Acting  Director, Special Duties); Mohammed Kanar (Deputy Director, Welfare); Mamman Ibrahim (Captain of the Air Ambulance); and Yunusa Deji-Ganiyu (Assistant  Chief Administrative Officer).

“All the NEMA board members who were involved in their suspension should be sanctioned,” the House  stated.

An ad hoc committee of the House chaired by a member of the All Progressives Congress from Gombe State, Mr Ali Isa, had probed alleged abuses by Maihaja and recommended his sacking.

The House in plenary on Thursday endorsed the report of the panel.

Among the major infractions was that government officials diverted the sum of N5.8bn earmarked for “emergency intervention and food security in the North-East” in 2017, and another N17bn released from the Ecological Fund to NEMA.

On the N5.8bn, the panel’s report noted that a memo by the Office of the then Acting President Yemi Osinbajo authorised its release in June 2017 from the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Federation without prior approval by the National Assembly.

The report observed that this was a violation of Section 80 (4) of the 1999 Constitution.

The money was paid to five companies and NEMA  to supply food items to the IDPs in the North-East.

The companies were Dangote Rice Limited  (N936.1m); Golden Agric Input Limited  (N1.3bn); BUA Rice Limited  (N1.3bn); WACOT Limited  (N453.6m); WACOT Limited (N939.9m); and NEMA (N829m).

Osinbajo is the Chairman of the board of NEMA.

“The details further specified a directive to the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria  from the Ministry of Finance to pay the sum from the Consolidated Revenue Fund Account which the AGF is to raise a mandate for.

“This is in contravention of the approval of the National Assembly on the issuance of Euro, Bond from which the  Minister authorised payment. The Euro Bond is for specified infrastructural projects and not for discretionary intervention. Furthermore, there is no specific appropriation by the National Assembly.

“This contravenes Section 80 (4) of the 1999 Constitution as amended, which states, ‘No money shall be withdrawn from the Consolidated Revenue Fund or any other public fund of the Federation, except in the manner prescribed by the National Assembly.”’

Other government officials involved in the release of the money were  the former Minister of Finance, Mrs Kemi Adeosun, the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Mr Godwin Emefiele, and the Accountant General of the Federation, Mr Ahmed Idris.

As for the DG, the House listed specific funds against Maihaja that he was directed to refund.

For instance, out of the N1.6bn voted for flood victims in 16 states, the DG was asked to refund N700m.

The House report stated, “The House condemns in its entirety the display of insensitivity to the plight of flood victims showed by NEMA management in the handling of the relief materials.

“That the ICPC and EFCC should further investigate the matter and recover the sum of N700m from the DG, who is the accounting officer of the agency.”

He is also to return another N1.1bn, “being subsidy cost of  5,000 metric tons of rice from the DG, who claimed to have donated same to the World Food Programme when they were ready to pay for it or import same.”

The report added, “In view of the fact that there is no evidence that the balance of 5,000 metric tons of rice  claimed to have been supplied by Olam Nigeria Limited and 3 Brothers Nigeria Limited at the cost of about N1.5bn to NEMA was received by  North-East states, the money should be recovered from the NEMA DG.”

On the 6,779 metric tons of rice donated by the Chinese Government in support of Internally Displaced Persons in the North-East, the House asked the ICPC, the EFCC and the police to “ensure recovery of the payment of about N800m demurrage from the concerned officers of the Ministry of Budget/National Planning, Ministry of Agriculture and NEMA.”

Meanwhile,  NEMA in a statement on Thursday rejected the report, saying  some of the conclusions did not reflect the facts and documents placed before the House by the agency.

The statement read in part,   “The House of Representatives, at its sitting of  November 8, 2018, received the report of the House Committee on Emergency and Preparedness Response on the alleged violation of public trust against NEMA.

“We were shocked to hear some of the findings and conclusions presented by the Committee on the issues, which did not reflect the facts and documents placed before it by NEMA.”

More troubles for Adams Oshiomhole as he face further DSS questioning

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Mr Adams Oshiomhole, is expected to return to the Department of State Services for further interrogation anytime he returns to the country,

It was also gathered that President Muhammadu Buhari was aware of the investigation of the former governor of Edo State by the security agency.

It was gathered that the President was informed by the Director-General of the DSS, Mr Yusufi Bichi, about the desire of the agency to grill Oshiomhole over allegations levelled against him by some aggrieved members of the party.

Presidency sources told one of our correspondents that the President actually asked the secret police to “go ahead and do their job” when he was told about the allegations of the party chairman.

Oshiomhole, who became the national chairman of the party less than five months ago, has been having a running battle with some governors and leaders within the ruling party.

The leaders and the governors believed that the former governor did not handle the just concluded party primaries across the country well.

It was learnt that some of the governors, especially those  who were unable to secure party tickets for their favourite candidates, had been mounting pressure on the President to overrule the party chairman on the choice of candidates from their states.

It was reported on Wednesday that the DSS grilled Oshiomhole for about nine hours between Sunday and Monday before he travelled out of the county.

Security sources confirmed to one of our correspondents that Oshiomhole would be expected to return for interrogation on his return to the country.

New HIV drug kills 99% of virus during first human trial

A new HIV drug created by Israeli researchers has passed its first human clinical trial.

At end of the trial, it was discovered that the drug, named Gammora, created by Zion Medical, an Israeli biotech company was capable of wiping out 99 per cent of HIV infected cells in the human body.

According to a statement released by the company and available on PR Newswire, Gammora was able to eliminate up to 90 per cent of the virus during the first four weeks of the trial.

Zion Medical developed the drug Gammora in collaboration with the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and the Sirion Biotech in Germany.

The drug is designed to attack and kill the HIV-infected cells in the human body without causing damage to the healthy cells.

In the study, researchers randomly assigned nine participating patients from the Ronald Bata Memorial Hospital in Uganda to receive different doses of Gammora between four to five weeks in July and August of this year.

While the new HIV drug is still in its first stage of exploration, the results have already offered hope that a cure for the dreaded virus is possible.

“Most patients showed a significant reduction of the viral load of up to 90 per cent from the baseline during the first four weeks,” said Dr. Esmira Naftalim, Zion Medical’s head of development.

Over 120 lawyers, including Senior Advocates of Nigeria, have expressed   their interest  in  defending the 19 persons arrested in connection with the murder of  a former Nigerian Army Chief of Administration, Gen. Mohammed Alkali.

The revelation came as the accused filed their bail application on Wednesday before Justice Daniel Longji of a Plateau State High Court in Jos.

Zi said, “Over 120 lawyers want  to be part of the team to defend the  accused.  They are yet to be granted bail, but the bail application has just been filed. The accused have pleaded not guilty to the charges.”

Spokesman for the  Plateau State Police Command, Matthias Tyopev, a Deputy Superintendent of Police, had informed our correspondent that the suspects were arraigned on  criminal conspiracy and culpable homicide counts.

He said, “They were charged with  two offences – criminal conspiracy under Section 97 and culpable homicide under Section 221 of the Penal Code Law of Northern Nigeria as applicable to Plateau State. Bill To Stop Age Discrimination For Job Seekers Passes Second Reading

Bill seeking to eradicate age discrimination/ restrictions against job seekers in the Federal Government agencies has passed its second reading at the House of Representatives.

Sponsored by Reps member, Sergius Ogun, the bill seeks to stop the practice of disqualifying job seekers on account of their age, who are ordinarily qualified for positions in the Federal Government agencies.

“The rationale for this bill is to ensure that no artificial barrier is allowed to preponderate over merit, which rarely has anything to do with age,” he said.

He further explained that it is common to see job adverts, requesting for applications for employment and pegging the age between 25 and 28 years for entry level.

According to him, that system only helps to widen the unemployment gap in the country and must be reviewed.

Buhari receives reviewed minimum wage

PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari met with the Minimum Wage Tripartite Committee over the N30,000 agreed figure for new minimum wage

President Muhammdu Buhari with Committee Chairman Amal Pepple, Minister of Labour Chris Ngige, Chairman NSIWC Chief Richard Egbule, President NLC Comr. Ayuba Wabba, President TUC Bobboi Bala Kaigama, DG NECA Mr Olusegun Oshinowo as he receives the report by the Tripartite Committee on the Review of National Minimum Wage in State House on 6th Nov 2018

Why make so much noise during sex?

Have you ever woken up the morning after some mind-blowing sex and think: “Why did I tell him all that stuff while we were cuddling last night?” Apparently, you’re not unique. Recent research shows that women who had an orgasm disclosed more of their positive thoughts and feeling about their partner afterward than those who didn’t climax—and they don’t feel as if they’re taking a risk by doing that. Blame it on your brain chemicals making you feel trusting.

According to experts, an orgasm triggers the release of oxytocin, the feel-good neuro- chemical that also makes spooning (lying front to back with your partners) feet amazing. “People get loose-lipped after an orgasm because the oxytocin makes them think it’s the right time to say gooey things,” explains author Amanda Denes. “In serious relationships, a little sappy gab might not be a bad thing, but in casual situations, it’s sort of a mixed bag. Professing your love to someone you’ve been seeing for a few weeks could scare him away, but it could also help take things to the next level. So when in doubt, err on the side of taciturnity and see if you still feet like spilling in the morning.” Deep down, we’re all animals in bed.

After all, sex is an extremely primal act, and when we use our verbal human brains to talk about it—it’s clear that the tongue and the groin are linked (in a much less graphic way that you readers are picturing right now!) “Language communicates not only information but also meaning, feelings and symbols of internal realities,” says Amanda Denes. “We can use it to make sex better in a mechanical, instructional sense, but it also makes the act more meaningful.” In fact, a few choice words can set off the arousal response as swiftly as a sensual touch —especially in women who are more turned on by ideas than by visuals. But an off-colour or way-too-raunchy phrase from a man in your bed can turn you off just as quickly.”

When Annie, a banker met Herbert, one of her bank’s directors at the bank’s award dinner, she was impressed by this sophisticated and powerful man sitting across her on their table. “I’ve always been drawn to powerful men,” she confessed, “and Herbert was the type of gentleman that often attracted Weeks later, we hooked up in one of the bank’s guest rooms. He was married and I wasn’t looking for a permanent relationship. I just wanted fun! “He was adept at touching the right buttons and in minutes, we were writhing on the bed. Then I heard this sergeant-major-like barking ordering me to: ‘Don’t just groan, tell me how you’re feeling. Tell me what I’m doing to you and what you really like…. ‘ On and on he went. It was a shock. What the hell was wrong with him? When I looked at his face, his eyes were bulging. He looked more of a rapist than a man having consensual sex. I was a bit embarrassed afterwards but he seemed to be pleased with his performance. That was the last time I went out with him.”

No one has the blue-print for a happy-ever-after relationship, but there are guidelines I have picked up along the line that could help. One of them is to take your time. The foundations for a lasting love life are set at the start of your relationship. Take time to get to know your partner physically. Make it a mission to find new erogenous zones and give them pleasure in new ways. Try new things. Don’t get lazy: Sex can get into a rut, so make a pledge to try something new every month, check out new sexual positions; choose  a different pattern of foreplay or bring some sex toys into the bedroom. Keep it fun. Bring a sense of humour into the bedroom. Play games, explore your fantasies and role-play, keep a spirit of adventure. Make time: All this playing around requires time, so give it the space it deserves.
Don’t wait for just before you fall asleep—treat yourself to a full evening in bed. Respect each other: There will be time when one person wants sex less than their partner. This can be frustrating if you’re losing out but it’s important to respect your partner’s view and not to put them under too much pressure. Stress lowers libido, so when problems get back to normal, so will your sex life.
Keep intimate: Even during times of stress, when you’re not having sex, it’s important to stay intimate. Show your love and commitment through hugs, cuddles and getting close. Share the hard times—secrets can breed resentment.

Support one another. Adapt: As you grow older together, adapt your sex life to suit changing your home or work life. Children or ill health can impact on a relationship but you can get through it with a bit of imagination. Temptation: If you find your eye wandering, remember the grass may appear greener else-where but usually isn’t.

NLC suspends strike as FG agrees on N30,000

Nigeria’s organized labour yesterday suspended its planned industrial action earlier slated for today, (Tuesday) just as a new national minimum wage was pegged at N30,000 by the Tripartite Committee set up by the Federal Government.

Our source learned that the labour unions had extracted a firm commitment from the government to pay the N30, 000 it demanded as new national minimum wage for Nigerian workers.

“Agreements have been reached and documents have been signed. Organized labour will want to use this medium to thank all the tripartite partners for their understanding. Organized labour also decided that the proposed strike action is hereby suspended and we hope that this will be communicated appropriately without any dilution”, said Ayuba Wabba at the end of the tripartite meeting Monday night.

Both labour and government officials however declined to give the figure that was arrived at, saying President Muhammadu Buhari would announce the new figure when he receives the committee’s report.

On his part, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr Boss Mustapha thanked the committee for doing a wonderful job on working on the processes of introducing a new national minimum wage for Nigerians.

He said the report of the committee would be submitted to the president Tuesday evening.

“The president has graciously accepted to receive the report tomorrow. I want to put on record the gratitude of the president and Nigerians to members of this committee for putting national interests over and above the constituencies that they represent”, he said adding that government will expedite action on implementation of the report.

Chairperson of the committee and former Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Ms Ama Pepple also thanked members of the committee for their dedication to duty and specifically thanked the Kebbi state Governor, Atiku Bagudu for personally attending nearly all meetings of the committee.

Part of the report to be presented to the president which was sighted by Vanguard last night reads:

“Based on the analysis and consideration of available materials, the indicative figure of Thirty-Seven Thousand, Seven Hundred and Sixty Eight Naira Thirty-Seven Kobo (N37, 768.37) was suggested as the mean/average by the Sub Committee on Recommendation of a New National Minimum Wage (NMW) for the consideration of the plenary of the Committee. On the receipt of the Report of the Sub-Committee, Plenary considered the Report and adopted Scenario 3 as a basis for negotiations. Negotiations commenced with offers and counter offers. After prolonged negotiations, Organized Labour and Organized Private Sector (OPS) opted for N30,000 per month as the proposed new NMW considering all other factors while the Federal Government insisted on N24,000 (Twenty-Four Thousand Naira) as the new NMW; After further negotiations, a motion was moved by Amechi Asugwuni of Organised Labour and was seconded by Ahmed Ladan Gobir of Organised Private Sector for N30,000 per month as the recommended new NMW.

In view of the above, the Committee kindly invites Mr. President to: note that the meeting adopted the motion proposing N30,000 (Thirty Thousand Naira) per month as the new NMW; and note that the Federal Government insisted on N24,000(Twenty Four Thousand Naira) per month based on the ability to pay.

Recommendation:

The Committee hereby presents N30,000 (Thirty Thousand Naira) per month, as the recommended new National Minimum Wage for consideration.

“Draft Bill on National Minimum Wage

The Committee carefully considered the 1981, 2000 and 2011 Acts of the National Minimum wage and based on its decision prepared a draft National Minimum Wage Bill 2018 which is attached as annex IX to the report”.

We have concluded — Pepple

Speaking to reporters while the meeting was on break, Chairman of the tripartite committee, Ms Ama Pepple, said: “We have concluded and we have a little challenge with what we call Chapter 5 of our report, that is where we have the numbers and the figures we used for the negotiations. The committee has two figures – the N24, 000 suggested by the federal government and the N30,000 given by organised labour.

On his part, Labour Minister, Dr. Chris Ngige  had asked governors to accept the federal government’s proposal. He said: “We are making progress. The governors’ figure should be the figure of the federal government. We are just trying to carry them along. That is why we made the discussions ‘tripartite plus’.

‘’It is just because we want to carry them along, otherwise the federal government speaks for governments. Yes, the figures are standing but we know that there are other processes. It has to go through the Federal Executive Council, the National Executive Council and the National Council of State, then an Executive Bill will be transmitted to the National Assembly.”

Asked if the two figures would pass through those processes, he said: “Yes, because the federal government’s figure is noted and is also weighty because it says that it depends on the ability to pay, affordability and sustainability.

“Labour is quiet satisfied, we are doing the needful, we have passed the rubicon. The only aspect of it now that we need to do is to fix an appointment for the handing over of the report to Mr President.

‘’We are reconvening tonight (last night) because that appointment has to be got because the President has gone home. He is not just sitting down in the office. If we get the appointment now, we will reconvene later and agree on how to proceed.

“The governors have no choice now because they have attached themselves to us because we are the supreme sovereign, they are minor sovereigns.”

On whether the strike would go on as planned today, he said, “no”, referring all enquiries to labour leaders.

All the labour leaders at the meeting, however, declined media enquiries, saying they were on break and the meeting would reconvene later (last night).

Before this development, many critical sector unions had directed members to fully comply with the strike directive by leaders of NLC, TUC and ULC.

Among the sectors are Aviation, Financial institutions, Maritime, Electricity, education, Transportation, where Maritime Workers Union, MWUN,  National Union of Air Transport Employees, NUATE, Air Transport Services Senior Staff Association of Nigeria,  ATSSSAN, National Association of Aircraft Pilots and Engineers, NAAPE, and Association of Nigeria Aviation Professionals, ANAP.

Others include National Union of Electricity Employees, NUEE, National Union of Banks, Insurance and Financial Institutions, NUBIFIE, Association of Banks, Insurance and Financial Institutions,

Medical and Health Workers’ Union of Nigeria, MHWUN, Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities, SSANU, Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria, ASCSN, Non Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions, NASU, Nigeria Civil Service Union, NCSU, National Union of Railway workers, NUR, and its senior staff counterpart.

Buhari pleads

Meanwhile, President Buhari had earlier pleaded with organised labour to consider what his administration was doing to fix the nation’s economy and shelve the planned strike over disagreement on minimum wage figure.

President Buhari, who made the plea when he received members of the Association of Retired Career Ambassadors of Nigeria who paid him a courtesy visit at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, said the country lost a good opportunity between 1999 and 2015 to make huge investment in infrastructure with the resources at its disposal.

He reassured Nigerians that his administration will sustain massive investments to upgrade and develop the country’s transport and power infrastructure.

The President in a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Chief Femi Adesina, said: “There is no part of the country I haven’t been to, having attempted to be President four times.

‘’I know the condition of our roads. The rails were literally killed; there was no power, despite the admittance of some previous leadership that they spent $16 billion on the sector.

‘’Today, we are getting our priorities right and we believe that of the three fundamental issues we campaigned on – security, the economy and fight against corruption – we have remained very relevant and Nigerians believe we have achieved something.”

Appealing to the NLC to reconsider its position on the planned strike, President Buhari said the appeal was pertinent, in view of what his government inherited and the frantic efforts he was making with fewer resources to put the economy right.

President Buhari also appreciated the People’s Republic of China for financing some of the rail and power projects in the country through concessionary loans.

‘’I will do my best to see that where there are possibilities of making a quick improvement on infrastructure, we will do it,’’ he said.

He took note of some concerns raised by the retired ambassadors, including an appeal for the adjustment of their pension entitlements, retention of diplomatic passport for retired career ambassadors, allocation of land for ARCAN headquarters in Abuja and adequate funding of the Foreign Affairs Ministry, among others.

Saraki appeals to FG, Labour over proposed strike

The Senate President, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, had also earlier appealed to the Federal Government and organised labour to work together to avert the proposed workers’ strike in the interest of Nigeria.

Saraki in a statement by his Special Adviser (Media and Publicity), Yusuph Olaniyonu, urged the two sides to demonstrate sensitivity and concern for the plight of ordinary Nigerians who were already battling with the harsh economic conditions in the country.

He expressed appreciation for the patience displayed by labour leaders, noting that the issue of the new minimum wage could have been resolved long before now.

“My appeal is for the two sides to immediately move fast, shift from their extreme positions and create a new middle ground in the negotiations.

‘’The shift in positions can be done, even before the period of the commencement of the proposed strike, so we do not further create tension within the economy.

“At this point, the interest of the people should be paramount in our minds. Any labour strike will cause inconvenience and discomfort to our people. While the government and labour are representing the interest of the people, it is important to also ensure we avoid any action that will not show sensitivity and sensibility to the plight of the people,” Saraki stated.

End dispute — Oba Akiolu

Similarly, the Oba of Lagos, Oba Rilwan Akiolu, who is the permanent chairman of Lagos State Council of Obas and chiefs, also appealed to government and organised labour from his London home where he’s currently holidaying.

He noted that innocent traders, commuters, the sick and school children were worst hit by such actions, adding that with greater understanding and tolerance of opposing views, both government and labour could amicably resolve lingering issues to the advantage of all.

The Oba, who counseled against hard line stance on all sides to the dispute, stressed that no one should provide opportunity for enemies of Nigeria to truncate the nation’s hard-earned democracy and the fragile peace we currently enjoy.

Oba Akiolu also appealed to the federal government to come up with palliatives that can address the welfare needs of citizens especially as Christmas is approaching while talks on the minimum wage progress.

Good news: The Ozone Layer Is Healing ~UN

There is an ongoing healing of the ozone layer, findings of a new UN-backed report released on Monday, have shown. The study, ‘Scientific Assessment of Ozone Depletion: 2018’, is the latest in a series of reports, released every four years, which monitor the recovery of ozone in the stratosphere. New UN report shows that Ozone Layer is healing Ozone is a layer that protects life on Earth from harmful layers of ultraviolet rays from the sun. The study shows that the concentration of ozone-depleting substances continues to decrease, leading to an improvement in the layer since the previous assessment carried out in 2014.

The findings are being hailed as a demonstration of what global agreements can achieve, and an inspiration for more ambitious climate action to halt a catastrophic rise in world temperatures. Ozone in parts of the stratosphere has recovered at a rate of one to three per cent since 2000 and, at projected rates, Northern Hemisphere and mid-latitude ozone is scheduled to heal completely by the 2030s, followed by the Southern Hemisphere in the 2050s and polar regions by 2060. This is due to internationally agreed actions carried out under the historic Montreal Protocol, which came into being over 30 years ago.

The Protocol was in response to the revelation that chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) and other ozone-depleting substances – used in aerosols, cooling and refrigeration systems, and many other items – were tearing a hole in the ozone layer and allowing dangerous ultraviolet radiation to flood through. The Protocol is set to be strengthened in 2019 with the ratification of the Kigali Amendment which calls for the future use of powerful climate-warming gases in refrigerators, air conditioners and related products to be slashed.

Erik Solheim, Head of UN Environment Programme said: “The Montreal Protocol is one of the most successful multilateral agreements in history for a reason. “The careful mix of authoritative science and collaborative action that has defined the Protocol for more than 30 years and was set to heal our ozone layer is precisely why the Kigali Amendment holds such promise for climate action in future.”

The findings provide a ray of hope, less than a month after the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), released a watershed report. The report described the devastating effects of a 2°C temperature rise compared to pre-industrial levels, which UN Secretary-General António Guterres described as an “ear-splitting wake-up call”. The writers of the report found that, if the Kigali Amendment was fully implemented, the world could avoid up to 0.4 per cent of global warming this century, meaning that it will play a major role in keeping the global temperature rise below 2°C.

UN to review Nigeria, 13 other countries on human right violation

The United Nations, UN, highest human rights body, the Human Rights Council, HRC, will start reviewing the track records of Nigeria and 13 other countries today.

The process is called, Universal Periodic Review, UPR, and the ultimate goal is to improve human rights situation for people around the globe.

The UPR review sessions take place for two weeks, three times a year, and 14 countries are reviewed in each session – a total of 42 per year. This time, the countries will be reviewed in this order: Saudi Arabia, Senegal, China, Nigeria, Mexico, Mauritius, Jordan, Malaysia, the Central African Republic, Monaco, Belize, Chad, Congo and Malta. Every four and a half years, the 193 UN member states undergo interactive review of human rights situation in their countries on rotational basis. The idea is to give equal treatment to all the countries and allow them to exchange best practices. The Human Rights Council was created in 2006 as part of a general wave of reforms of the UN system, composed of 47 member states, elected by the UN’s 193 member states. However, any country can take part in the discussions held during a review; each state review is led by group of three countries (known as “troikas”), randomly chosen. Information and evidence are presented, and questions are asked by special independent experts (called ‘Special Rapporteurs’), and the UN’s member states.

Civil-society organisations can also submit questions and evidence through country representatives. The country under review is given a chance to explain the actions they have taken, or plan to take, to address the issues presented. Recommendations are officially made, and technical assistance provided where needed, with each country’s review lasting about three and a half hours. The UPR assesses the human rights obligations set out in the UN Charter, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the human rights treaties ratified by the reviewed Member State, and International Humanitarian Law. A report is prepared by the troika with the involvement of the reviewed member state and technical assistance from the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, OHCHR. This report provides a summary of the actual discussion, with the questions, comments and recommendations made, as well as the responses by the reviewed member state. The report is discussed a few days after the review and adopted at a plenary session of the Human Rights Council. The reviewed state has the primary responsibility to implement the recommendations contained in the final report. Countries are expected to provide information on what they have been doing to make changes during their review, as well as on any developments on human rights when they undergo their UPR.

The international community and OHCHR are to assist and provide technical assistance, in consultation with the country concerned. The Human Rights Council can take series of measures, such as specific investigations and can set up dedicated committees to put pressure on non-cooperating Member States, and draw the world’s attention to them.

Alleged certificate forgery: APC youths want Bindow probed

An All Progressives Congress’ youths’ group, Black Cap Revolution, yesterday asked the Adamawa State House of Assembly to probe the allegation of certificate forgery against Governor Muhammadu Jibrilla Bindow.

The group’s leader, Mustapha Atiku Ribadu, urged the legislators to investigate the claims that the governor forged the WAEC certificate he had submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission in 2015.

"We are not saying the governor is guilty, we are simply demanding for investigation in to the matter. We’re law abiding citizens who nurture transparency, integrity and good governance. There is an allegation against our governor that the certificate he presented which earned him the leadership is a syndicated forgery, which is synonymous with corruption.

“We want Governor Bindow to come out clean and clear. We want him to appear before the state lawmakers to defend the allegation”.

“However, should the allegation hold water, Bindow should honorably resign in addition to withdrawing from the 2019 gubernatorial race and face the legal case, lest our state be reduced to the republic of certificate forgery forever,” he said.

Receiving a letter from the group, the clerk, Francis Ngangso, promised to deliver it to the house leadership for consideration.

ASUU commence strike

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has ordered its members across the country to commence an indefinite industrial action.

This followed a meeting of leaders of the union on Sunday at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, the Ondo State capital.

The National President of ASUU, Professor Abiodun Ogunyemi, told reporters that the union took the decision due to the poor funding of universities in the country.

He consequently directed all members of the union across various universities to withdraw their services, stressing that the strike would be total and indefinite.

Final Live Summary Of The Leader IPOB On Radio Biafra London. 3rd November, 2018

He Welcomed Everyone, Biafrans, IPOB, Friends of Biafra, Lovers of Freedom and Enemies of Biafra on this Live Broadcast.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu  Said  it Is His job to spread this very Biafra message and I must do it. That all glory will be unto Him..

"I know that most of you, are very ready for today's broadcast.

The unveiling of that very thing called Jubril, will be a very collective one.

By the time I start exposing him, most of you might find it difficult to understand the complexity of that very thing in Aso Rock.

Tonight we are going to start with a preamble.

I wish to appeal to every suffering person, you must ignore the established propaganda and join IPOB to boycott Nigeria elections.
If you are tired of the massacre and pains in Nigeria, you must boycott elections.
Those of you who want restructuring, employment, then you must boycott elections.

Black people have problems because, we are not educated enough, discerning enough and don't reason well.

Radio Biafra is the greatest university of all time.
Radio Biafra was rated the number one Radio Station in the whole World, for Two weeks and I anchored it.

I am here again and I am back. There is no two ways about it because, the zoo must fall.
There is only One Radio Biafra.. There is only one IPOB.
Every effort the Hausa/Fulani are trying to stop IPOB, through their political cohorts. Yesterday protesters in America blocked the most powerful Man in the whole World Donald Trump and he took another road.
But a scavenging illiterate like Buratai, killed over One Thousand Shittes, for blocking him. They only demanded he comes down from his car and address them.

That is why Africa is too backward. The heart of the black Man is evil. We complain of racism, but kill ourselves.

The only thing Nigerians did in Abuja, is asking people to avoid the very road, where people are massacred, instead of rendering a solution.
No collective consciousness.

IPOB has collective consciousness. An instance is Aba. If something happens at Aba, everyone will analyse and decide if it's good or bad.

The suffering of other people, doesn't affect Africans, that is why we suffer.
People don't speak against evil in Nigeria. Nobody remembers the genocide committed in Africa, that is why we are backwards.

There is something wrong with Africans, is because we don't have empathy.
But Biafra will be diff am not stopping you from joining us, in the Biafra quest. I want my people to be free.
Nigeria is unsalvageable.
The only thing holding us together, is Oil and Gas.
Sometimes I pray, that the oil should go dry, so we can be free.

In Nigeria you have journalist, that sit by the side, without possessing the conscience to write against evil carried out here.
That is why, I call Nigeria a zoo.
The level of wickedness in Nigeria, is too much.

There is something wrong, with brain of a black person and until we change it, then we shall continue to suffer.

Are you aware that only Africa remains undeveloped?

By this time in 2014, there were chanting and demanding that Jonathan should go out.

You know if I hit APC hard, they say PDP is sponsoring us and vice versa.

There is a  cabal running the zoo. Elrufia etc are the ones that brought that thing called Jubril, in Aso Rock.

That thing in Aso Rock can not speak Fulfude because, he is not Fulani.
Look at his Fingers and Ears, then you know he is an impostor.
He is not more than 50years, but an impostor.

Buhari is Bald, but this current thing in Aso Rock has Hairs.
The Late wore suit, with his bald hair showing, ask this very thing to do same thing.

Before he came to Nigeria, I knew his name because, God reveals things to me.
That certificateless thing in Aso Rock, must be exposed I'm here, to save you from your ignorance and stupidity.
Because you have a house in a dirty place in Aso Rock, that is why you are talking rubbish.
I must preach this very gospel.

Biafran activists arrested during Donald Trump rally, are still on detention because, the Magistrate are afraid.

I am here to preach this very gospel. They will see what is coming and off course they know very well.
I preach it and some people might collapse.

The  most backward continent in the World is Africa because, we must very wicked.
Only South Africa is good because, White people builtreportine are not demanding for Biafra, so an Igbo Man will be a President.
Biafra is going to be a Confederation.
The greatest asset you have, is your Brain.

When Biafra comes, we will pipe Free Oil to West Africa because, they are so poor.
May the Good Lord, have mercy on Black Africans.

Obi is trying to beg you to vote for him, when Ekwueme was there, what did he do?
What is Osibanjo doing for Yoruba people.

Dont vote and demand for what you need. It is called DOCTOR OF NECESSITY.
Throw that useless Abdusalami put together and called it, Constitution".

He went Further that Not every Pastor is bad.
"I respect the good ones and they know themselves.

I don't worship Idol. Any day, I do, I will die.
If Biafra is going to be as Wicked as Nigeria, where the Government keeps mute over evil, let there be no Biafra.

How can you give us a certificate in 2014 that has Mathematics and in 2018, there is none.

Everyone in WAEC Office including INEC, should be jailed.

They should give us, Buhari's Death Certificate, not fraudulent one.

When you go to a court of Law and tell them I have not done anything, the Judge will say; "My Hands Are Tied".
And that is the end of it and you are going down.

Journalist will keep mute.
Though not all of them are bad, there are good ones. Just like Dele Giwa.

Nigeria is dead and as they brought out that fraudulent certificate. We will chase them until the zoo falls.

We rest the Brains of the Black Man, on Radio Biafra London.
You must reason here, when you listen to us.

Do you know of any Fulani Philosopher or Musician?
Nothing Good comes out of them.

The Zoo is in trouble. I am here oh..
I will give them enough trouble...

I will unmask that thing called Jubril, on live Television with experts.

I can only forgive the cabals that imported that thing, if only they will return him back to the Sudan.

By the time I finish 4with them, no Fulani Man will ever be the President of Nigeria. They know it, that is why they want to kill me, but they can't because Chukwuokikeabiama is with me.

That thing in Aso Rock from Sudan is not bald, like the real Buhari.
If you think I'm lying, ask that thing in Aso Rock, to remove his cap for air to penetrate his head, people will run away.

Experts from America are coming, to join me in this very exposure of that thing called Jubril.

If people don't hate me, I don't like it.
I need hatred to function properly.

If you claim to be intelligent, come out and challenge me.
If you can survive in 40seconds, then I know you are a human being.
I will demolish you completely because, we are educated.

Buhari is Fulani's hit Man, who came out to complete Utsman Danfodios quest.

No matter your ethnicity, you must come out and partake on this revolution.

The Power is in your hands and make them understand you will not vote.

If I am interested in wealth, i would have accepted every useless thing they offered me.
Those who know me, can testify that I don't change.

Some of you, are very hungry. During Election they give you N1000 and you vote.
Only One Police Check point, will take it from you.
They demand for Break Light, Bulb light until you spend the N1000.

The Nigeria President, is forged in Sudan.
Independence document, forged.
Everything forged. If you see them, jumping like Monkeys.

Look at the face of Jubril, Coke and Fanta like someone applying bleaching cream, after all the surgeries.

Write it  down, if that thing is Buhari, how come he don't want to debate Atiku?

Why can't this very Jubril speak Fulfude. Some of you don't know, Hausa people have other language, other than Hausa.

The real Buhari in 2015 granted an interview, where he said, that one called Nnamdi Kanu will not be released, until he died.  Why can't this very thing, participate in a debate?

Without Biafra, Africa will be in darkness.
Biafra is Light.

IPOB knows their Leader Nnamdi Kanu, is resolute, that is why they can't fall out.
I want every Man of good conscience, to keep money at side and face the truth.

Ohaneze is proscribed, banned and dissolved.
The name used in stealing in Aso Rock, is called Ohaneze Ndigbo.
Nnia Nwodo knelt down in Tinubu's bedroom, begging him to make him the Governor of Enugu State.

Sometimes they wonder how I know, but I do.

I hate hypocrites in my Life and can't stand them.

They want you to keep voting and they keep recycling them.

We are special people. IPOB is special.
You will see an idiot near  Nanka, will carry his Laptop typing rubbish, claiming the hard of IPOB.
Ndioshi Ndioshi

Soldiers are not designed, to be deployed in the street.
I live in Europe, how many times have you seen a British Soldier in the street of Britain.

But in Nigeria where you have Professors, you keep mute over the massacres of Humans and claim to be educated.
Who ever did this to us..... My goodness me.

By the time we finish with  Jubril, he will no longer travel abroad.

The Truth is that Jubril Buhari, will sink the zoo finally. Boycott every boycottable.

They try to deceive us with the adage, "What an old Man sees sitting down, a child can not see it while standing".
I don't need to stand up, to see poverty.
Do you know that after Abacha killed Ken Saro wiwa, Bayelsa named a street by Abacha's name.
Is just like naming a street in Israel after Hitler, you know is not possible.
It is only in Nigeria, where people name streets with the names of people, who killed them.

Prophet Muhammed ran away and came back to conquer everywhere.
Jesus did same and came out victorious.
Nnamdi Azikiwe ran to Ghana, Nelson Mandela ran to Nigeria.

Those of them saying I ran away when they came to kill me, are people who want me dead because, they know I'm their headache.

If Britain doesn't let Biafra go, Britain will be decimated by the Almighty.
What is happening to Britain, is because they don't Allow Biafra to go.
Britain must let Biafra go or they will be broken into pieces.
I am talking about Elohim.. Chineke kam ne kwuokwu ya, not Man.

Any Nation that rises against Biafra, must die.

In Biafra everybody will be welcomed, to worship anything he wishes to, even cockroach.
There will be freedom of worship, in Biafra.
Its not in our DNA to force anybody, you can worship whatever.

Have you asked why, only Jewish Men are ready to die for Biafrans? Apart from Yaweshua, Bruce Mayrock a Jewish Man, died for Biafra, by setting himself ablaze.

Eleven Jewish Children burnt themselves in Paris for Biafra.

Biafra will be sacrificed to Elohim. Our temple in Arochukwu will be rebuilt, for your information.
I am not  asking you, not to worship whatever you like.
Do you know who we are? We gave the World autonomy because, we have existed for long.

Freedom of religion will be sacrosanct in Biafra.

I have nothing against anybody, but if you hate me, I will do so.

We must go back to Nsude, to see the pyramid our ancestors built when they came out of Egypt.
Go to Aguleri and off course Arochukwu".

He promised to be back next Saturday.
